You can place an order at [https://bsetrade.bg](https://bsetrade.bg). Orders are accepted on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and official holidays.

If you wish to place an order, you must provide a delivery address, first and last name, email, and contact phone number(s).

To purchase products from the online store [https://bsetrade.bg](https://bsetrade.bg), you provide personal information. This information is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council from April 27, 2016. The seller uses the personal information to improve the services offered to you. The information you provide is used solely for fulfilling your order.

In case of technical errors by the User in the information provided during the order process, the seller (the site) has the right to refuse to fulfill the order without owing any compensation to the User. If amounts have been paid by the User for a particular order(s) that cannot be fulfilled for the above reasons, the seller (the site) is obligated to refund these amounts, deducting transportation costs, insurance, and bank fees from the transferred amount.

Upon completing the order, the User can review the products they have decided to purchase, their prices, and the total amount to be paid. Before finalizing the order, the User must indicate that they agree with these Terms and Conditions and the site’s Privacy Policy.

After finalizing the order and sending the request, a confirmation with the recorded information will be sent to the specified email. The User will be notified by email or phone for each stage of order processing (availability confirmation, shipment, etc.) by an operator.

An order placed through the site constitutes a draft purchase contract. The order is valid for 7 days, and we will confirm its receipt by email within this period. The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation.

“BulSpecExport” Ltd. has the right to refuse to conclude a contract with an incorrect User, as the company has the right to treat a user as incorrect in cases where:

– The user has not complied with the General Terms and Conditions.
– Incorrect, arrogant, or rude behavior towards the seller’s representatives has been identified.
– Systematic (three or more times) abuses by the user against “BulSpecExport” Ltd. have been identified.

Delivery

All ordered goods from [https://bsetrade.bg](https://bsetrade.bg) are delivered by the courier company “Sameday” or “Speedy”.

The delivery of ordered goods is carried out by a courier to an Easybox locker (Delivery to a secure locker)/Speedy automat or a delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery is at the user’s expense unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site.

The price of standard delivery within the country is 5.99 BGN including VAT. The indicated price is approximate and is determined by the current tariffs of the delivery service.

The delivery period is 3 working days after order/booking confirmation.

Free delivery for orders over 300.00 BGN including VAT.

In case of extraordinary circumstances, “BulSpecExport” Ltd. reserves the right to extend the delivery periods.

Every purchased product is insured for damage during transportation. If the recipient is absent from the delivery address, does not answer the phone number provided during the order, or the phone number is incorrect, the order will be deposited for collection at the courier company’s office for 7 days. If the order is not claimed within this period, it will be canceled, and the seller (the site) is released from the obligation to make the delivery.

If the client has prepaid for the order, “BulSpecExport” Ltd. must refund the paid amount within 14 days from the order cancellation date.

Returns/Complaints

Returns are accepted in acceptable commercial condition within 14 days from the order receipt date. To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met: the item has not been used, and the initial appearance of the item is preserved. To proceed with a product return, send photos of the product from all angles or a video to confirm the product’s quality. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all its details.

Please note: All deliveries are at the customer’s expense. If the quality of the product does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the replacement/return will not be confirmed, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds are made to a bank account within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the goods. Please note that delivery fees will not be refunded upon return.

The user has the right to make a complaint about any discrepancy of the goods with the agreed/purchased terms when discrepancies with the sales contract are found after delivery.

The user cannot dispute the conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract if they knew or could not have been unaware of the discrepancy when concluding the contract.

The user should pay attention when receiving the package by checking the goods in the courier’s presence for compliance with the order. If shortages, defects, or discrepancies with the ordered goods are found, “BulSpecExport” Ltd. will replace the products at its expense without additional charges to the user.

A complaint for a damaged package must be made at the time of receiving the package in the courier’s presence, noted with a remark on the waybill, and completed on the spot with a report in two copies. The report is mandatory for the validity of the covered insurance damages and shortages on the package. The customer or recipient of the package must attach the copy when filling out a return request.

When making a complaint about goods, the user can claim a refund, replace the goods with others that match the agreed terms, or request a discount on the price.
